Brett Bauer was a normal singer who did primarily pop and rock. He wasn't a massive superstar or anything, but he did have an audience who loved him, not just for his music, but also for his kind and charming personality.

This is how he looked back in the day.
However, he eventually discovered Sage Crawford's music, and when he saw how popular it was, and how it was getting regular airplay on the radio, he decided to chase that success and completely rebrand himself. He bleached his hair, starting wearing brighter-colored clothing, and changed his music style to mirror Sage's iconic pop sound. He even *ahem* "borrowed" lyrics and rhythms from some of Sage's most popular songs.
Brett now goes by the stage name "Cole Evergreen". In recent months, he's become the star of several controversies surrounding various things he's done, from his blatant copying of Sage's music, to even starting drama with him and anyone associated with him.

However, not everyone that takes inspiration from Sage is automatically bad.
Meet Colin. He's a 15-year-old Sage Crawford fan who's always dreamed of meeting his idol. He hopes to be just like him when he grows up.

He has paralysis in both of his legs, so he requires a wheelchair to get around. He spends most of his time in the hospital, but when he's allowed outside, his favorite places to go are the park and the arcade.
Because he looks up to Sage so much, Colin's parents got him a guitar as a surprise for his 15th birthday, and got him signed up for guitar lessons.
Colin eventually learned how to play guitar covers of his favorite Sage Crawford songs, and he even recorded himself playing the covers and posted them on Pawtube for the world to see.
