The boy who had no choice

Behind a drape of old history,

a boy lived a life of nobility and decency.

The Slytherin had riches beyond the eye could see,

as his world was an unfinished mystery.

Isn't it nice,

when you don't have to pay the price?

His youth was spent in bold pride,

without the knowledge of faith's chosen side.

Years had passed before he realised what had to be done,

and soon after, his heart-breaking journey began -

a fight that could not be won.

Given a task of great evil,

an act that could turn out lethal.

He brawled through the difficulties of that troubled time,

just to commit a demanded crime.

He fought many sobs and weeps on his own,

but it was no surprise that he'd be alone.

Without a soul who cared what it would cost,

he felt left out and lost.

No one wanted to consider his thought.

No one wanted to hear his voice.

So, he was the boy who had no choice.
