The Great Alpha is different, they came from Artemis and Selene, they were known as the people of the moon before. But when Romans came Selene faded so Diana found Lupa and the the moon people became moonwolves. They made an enchanted metal called Moon silver. They used it to hunt. It was a group of mainly Greeks and Romans.
In order to be a moon wolf they must get an invitation to join the moon wolves. Demigods, mortals, satyrs, nymphs, anyone can join. Some Demigods like children of Ares, Apollo, Hermes were common. Some minor Demigods like Nike, Iris, Hyponos, and more. Some are rare like children of the Big 3. And some very rare like Hemera, Nyx, and Leto. And the rarest 4 are a child of Hera, a child of Hestia, a daughter of Artemis and a son of Diana.(In Tales of SilverClaw and Black Bat)
When someone becomes a moon wolf the gain wolf blood. Demigods become Demiwolves. They lose their mortal blood. Nature spirits gain more nature powers. And mortals become full pledged wolves.
Norse demigods and Egyptian magicians are part of the moon wolves. The Great Alpha is born with Silver Eyes. They are born true leaders but they have different forms more will be revealed in Tales of SilverClaw and Black Bat
