Okay this one gonna be good. I don't care who you think you are but the Ratatouille musical is great. Musically it is dynamic and creative, the actors and actresses are all extremely talented, and the story line is aligned with the movie.
I will say, you can tell the musical was rushed, with a lot of storytelling from Tituss Burgess, instead of a musical number like a traditional live broadway performance.
Also how is no one talking about how well André De Shields, Ashley Park, and Kevin Chamberlain play their roles?!? Like Ashley stole the show with the Kitchen Tango peice, and Kevin's use as a story telling device worked really well with his characters background. Finally, André. Omg andré really was the cherry on top for this show, his acting stole the end scene spotlight.
