So like I'm lazy and don't wanna do the hand claps for this one but I wanna share a theory with y'all. You know how Dio's stand is The World right? Can stop time yes but what if that actually isn't The Worlds power?
Here me out for a second. In the episode where they fight The Tower of Grey when the stand user talked to them all before he died he said something along the lines of "He is The Master of Stands" before he died. That has a lot to do with what is seen within the episode of Silver Chariot. Dio is able to show Polnareff his sisters murder through the ball but if you pay attention there are vines coming out of his hand much like Hermit Purple

What I'm basically trying to get at is what if The World's stand was able to just use the powers of others stands? He was obsessed with Star Platinum's ability though and focused on that once he figured out his stand could do so. That's what I like to think at least if this theory is true. I just was thinking I'd like to hear opinions though on it. To me it would make a lot of sense for that scene at least. Love you my fellow lovelies!
