Izuku yagi and his sister were happy till the day they get their quirks so they went to the doctor but there was good and bad news
The good news was that izumi has a quirk with the use of the elements and well for izuku he was quirkless. His perants were happy for izumi and celebrated for her but the sad thing is they have completely forgotten about izuku and that's were everything started for him to the real world at an early age of life.
Next day
Time skip
They are at school
Izumi pov: 'i had a nightmare of my brother dying because he didn't have a quirk, I don't want him to get hurt' i thought while walking to my friends, Katsuki asked what was our quirk I answered and said "I have a elemental quirk and izuku is quirkless"
Katsuki pov: "hah he is a deku" I said katsumi asked izumi if izuku still wanted to be a hero she yes and she's that he'll died because of it so I told we could scare him with our quirks.
Time skip: a few years later they in their last year of school but izuku disappeared they are trying to find him.
Izuku pov:
I am training so I can be a hero and I got my quirks they are really powerful though I'm happy because they don't have a drawback
Next chapter isn't one it's just explaining his quirks.
