The Hell is Happening?

Mako walked into the delegacy,yep,Everyone went about their business after Kuvira,Korra and Asami went on spiritual vacation,Bolin is spending some months in the earth kingdom,But Mako,Oh no,Mako was still the same cop he was before all that mess,though he was very much respected for his...sacrifice against the robot,he couldn't use his left arm much,it was still healing,in the first months,it took two waterbenders to heal it Just so he could feel it,He hated being in this state,he couldn't even fire Bend like he used to

He walked past his fellow Workers and knocked on his Boss's door,"Come in!" She said,he breathed in and out,before he walked into the room," You called?" He asked poking his head into the room

"There you are,Come in and Close the door" Lin Beifong said,she was standing by the window of her office,Mako gulped,walking into the room and Carefully Closing the door," What is it?" He asked,starting to get a bit worried

Lin only sighed,She moved to her seat,she pulled the chair and sat down,resting her head against one of her hands,"i have news for you...first one is,your brother is coming back tomorrow" The Metal bender said

Mako grinned widely,barely being able to contain his happiness,'Oh Hell Yes!' He thought,the grin not leaving his face for a second

"And Asami and Korra are coming with him" Lin added,this time,looking up at him,wondering how he would react

'Oh Hell No!' Mako thought,the smiling disappearing From his face,its not that he Didn't like them,its just that he needed more time,he Didn't know if these were good news or bad news

"Those are Great News" He said smiling Slightly,going with the Good news option,Lin Didn't eat it though,but she Didn't push it,she leaned back on her seat,crossing her arms,"Like it or not Mako,we need the Avatar...its The Blue Spirit" She said narrowing her eyes at the mention of the name

"That guy?,He killed some criminals,i Thought we had him behind bars already" Mako said sitting across from her

"Some?,Mako,every night,that guy kills more criminals than we arrest them,benders,non benders,he Doesn't care" She said looking at him

Mako leaned back,eyes wide open,he rubbed the back of his neck,"Wow...i have been out of camp for a while" he said,Lin only nodded at him,"i think the Avatar is what we need,He slips through us whenever we are getting closer to catching him,Korra will be of great help" Lin said,Mako wasn't so sure,Korra was known for being hot headed and stubborn,and that Didn't exactly calm him down

"How's the arm?" She asked out of nowhere,Cutting Mako's train of thought,he looked up at her," Oh,its fine,i can move it normally but...bending is still hard to use" he said looking down at his left,Scarred arm,She only nodded,"You know...you can get more time if you want,You did a great deal for the city,you destroyed tge robot,if not for you,there would have been a lot more damage" She said smiling at him,he had to say,he didnt exactly feel proud of it

"Thanks,Anyways,when do we start the investigation?" Mako asked raising an eyebrow,"As soon as your friends are back,i'll keep you informed,for now,Go home,Relax" She said grabbing the papers on the table and looking through them,Mako stood up and walked to the door,he looked at her one last time,before leaving the room,the way back home was full of Thoughts

Tomorrow he would see his friends,his brother,and that made him very happy,on the other hand,he would see Asami and Korra,and they Didn't talk to each other before the two left to the spirit world,it was going to awkward,he groaned as he walked through the streets,he soon reached his apartment

He made his way to his floor and entered his living room,the apartment wasn't a big deal,but it was enough for him,he dropped on the couch,sighing slightly,now he was frustated,What the hell was he going to do?,He wasn't Subtle,he was going to make it obvious he wasn't happy,they would get worried and all that stupid stuff

He looked to the table in front of his couch,where a picture of The four of them smiling stayed,he picked it up and stared at it,moving his hand up as he gently Touched Korra on the Picture," if i hadn't messed up so much...would you still love me?" He wondered,his face hardened before he put the Picture back down,"Yeah...i Didn't think so either" he sighed once again,leaning back

Hours passed since he was alone on the couch,Just staring at the TV,there was some stupid cartoon about a kid and a yellow dog,he looked at the time

21:46 Pm

He breathed in and stood up,walking to his bedroom,it consisted of a big bed and a closet,nothing else,he looked around the room,before making His way to the side of the closet,he pushed it aside,revealing a big hole on the wall behind it,he grabbed something From the hole,a big chest,he put it on the ground and opened it,"Time to get to Work" He said

Inside the Chest,there were black clothes and two Scimitars
