Taehyung's POV

We were eating peacefully, well fine not peacefully because Joy keeps talking about the stuff she's going to buy in the mall. She's going to end up spending all my money 🙄 The doors opened and I shifted my attention to it, in came was y/n and Beomgyu. They were laughing and they both laughed together lining up to get their food. "Should I try being friends with her?" I thought to myself

Jungkook: "friends with who?"

Taehyung: "what the- Kookie! Why are you trying to read my mind?"

Jungkook: "because you kept staring at the new student and Beomgyu when they entered so I wanted to see what you were thinking about" aishhh

Taehyung: "Kookie! Just- *sigh*  don't bother"

I closed my mind reading and I can see him giving me an annoyed and pouting look while I just snickered at him.

Beomgyu's POV

I'm so glad to have my bestfriend back, no I don't like her and never did and never will. She's like a sister to me, at one point when I was younger I thought we were siblings because we would hangout together everyday and when my parents told me she wasn't actually my sibling I cried and cried, but got over eventually. I'm really weird aren't I? We're sitting on our table catching up on each other's lives.

Beomgyu: "I can't believe we're still wearing these necklaces" I said

Y/N: "I mean yeah we did promise to always be best friends forever right?" I chuckled happy to know she didn't replace or forget me

Beomgyu: "so hows hyung?" I said changing the topic

Y/N: "oh you mean Mark oppa?" I nodded and she took a lick of her ice cream "he's ok he became more buff since he's been working out and still annoying as ever" she giggled at the last part

Beomgyu: "ahhh can't wait to see him I miss playing video games with him" she rolled her eyes at me and I just chuckled

Y/N: "anyway moving on... so, *lick* how's it like keeping you-know-what a secret?" She asked in between licking her ice cream. I gave her a confused look and she rolled her eyes

Y/N: "the secret about us being reds pabo"

I gave her a ":o" expression and chuckled

Beomgyu: "well it's ok I mean during class don't tell anyone but when I get annoyed with the teacher I play tricks on them like dropping stuff off of her table and I also do it to students I get annoyed with" she widen her eyes at what I said

Y/N: "I did that too!" I gave her a "are you crazy" look

Beomgyu: "you what? You realize it's your first day right?"

Y/N: "yeah but we have short tempers remember and when I was introducing myself in class I heard a girl calling me a bitch so remember the girl that ran out because the water spilled on her..." she didn't continue when I cut her off

Beomgyu: "let me make a wild guess, was that because of..." I placed my finger on my chin pretending not to know

Y/N: "yah! You know who did it" she slapped my arm playfully and I just laughed at her action

Beomgyu: "hey ok ok yeah I get it" we laughed together the whole lunch time until the bell rang and we stood up and made our way to our class

Taehyung's POV

I saw y/n playfully slap Beomgyu's arm, I wonder what they're talking abo- my thought were cut off by a certain someone

Joy: "babe you're spacing out" I looked at her and panicked a bit

Taehyung: "no no just thinking of my homework I'm doing later" I scratched the back of my neck hoping she'll buy it. She shrugged it off and continued talking to the boys which they seemed unamused. I looked over at the door and see Beomgyu holding the door for y/n and going out.

Taehyung: "uh guys we should go the bell should be ringing soon"

Taehyung: "back me up here we don't have the same class as Joy so let's go!"

They all smiled after I told them and they all agreed

Suga: "let's go already"

Jin: "we're going to be late"

Joy: "what are you talking about the bell didn't even ri-"

*ring*

Namjoon: "you were saying?" She rolled her eyes and was about to kiss me but I turned my head so she kissed my cheeks

Taehyung: "stop trying to kiss me you know I'm saving my first kiss" she stomped away looking mad but idgaf

Taehyung: "let's go"

<classroom>

I entered the classroom and instantly saw y/n sitting on the table of Beomgyu chatting and laughing. I could literally see her long slim leg- stop being a pervert Taehyung!

I sat down on my seat and went through my phone trying to block out her laughs with him. It was hard her voice was so gentle and nice to hear and it was so calming, just like the sound of music, the teacher came in and y/n sat down on her chair.

Teacher: "so we're going to have a project and you have to work with a partner, and before you ask no you cannot choose you will pick a random name from this bowl and it will be a boy-girl partner because I want you to meet new people so girls write down your name on a pice of paper and the boys will be the one picking their partner" all the girls started bringing out white pieces of paper but y/n brought out a yellow sticky note. I smirked to myself knowing which paper I'm picking.

Teacher: "ok so boys go ahead and line up here in front" I stood up right away and I was the first one to pick

I reached my hand in looking for the yellow sticky note and... found it. I pulled it out and smirked at the name written. I turned it around and showed everyone

Taehyung: "Lee Y/n" she looked shocked and worried at the same time. I walked back to my chair and she had a look if disappointment on her face. I felt kind of hurt because girls would normally be head over heels for me but she wasn't?

Y/N's POV

I told Beomgyu I was writing it on a yellow sticky note so he'd pick my name, he agreed and I wrote down my name placing it inside the bowl. Unfortunately the guy I saw this morning that I smiled to was my partner

Teacher: "ok so first partners are Kim Taehyung and Lee Y/n" I looked down with a frown on my face and when I looked at Beomgyu he had a sad face as well. I looked over to Taehyung and saw him giving me a small smile.

Y/N: "cute" I thought

Beomgyu: "who's cute?"

Y/N: "yah! What the heck!"

Beomgyu: "sorry it's just that I was gonna tell you something through mind reading but when I opened our communication line I head you say cute"

Y/N: "aishhh it's nothing what were you going to tell me?"

Beomgyu: "I was going to tell you that I got partnered up with one of the nerds in the class, but anyway wanna hangout later?"

Y/N: "sure"

Beomgyu: "ok be at my house at 5:00"

I gave him a nod in real life and shifted my attention to the board, maybe this Kim Taehyung won't be that bad.
