One has to remove a part of a brain or dip it in some chemical liquideous audacity or pass a current up somebody's brain!
Yeah, no kidding, whew.
The thing to mentally note down here is - the current isn't fatal, less than mild probably. We're noting it's effects on the individual / animal subject.
Please don't cause any problems by breaking something else.
Do mention it in disadvantages.
