"Makayla wake up!" Jessica yelled from across the room throwing a pillow at the sleeping girl.
"What is it Jes?" She asked slowly sitting up.
"Breakfast, you want food don't you?"
Sighing Makayla got out of bed and got dressed. She put her hair in a braid and walked down the stairs. Only to be jumped on.
"AHH DUSTIN? If that's you I swear to Merlin I'm going to hex you!" She yelled and the boy behind her laughed. "Sorry K" he said and kissed her cheek before she slapped him away.
"Nope, not happening" she said and he gave her a fake pout. "Brother leave our new friend alone!" Joselyn yelled. And he sighed. Makayla laughed and sat on the couch watching the fire roar. She had no clue what this year had in store for her.
