The Explanation | Part 2

Addison's POV

It had been a while since we had seen (Y/N), and out of all things or times we were expecting to see her it sure as hell wasn't when she was having a breakdown and injured in the middle of the night. 

My father had called me around 1 in the morning when I was over hanging out with Zed, luckily, we were awake watching a movie downstairs, I wasn't really expecting it to be about (Y/N) and in reality, the call wasn't really about her directly, my dad was just freaking out telling me to get over to the house, and quick.

Zed refused to let me go alone, just incase I ran into a creep or anything, and surprisingly, there are some creeps in this town, I would've given him a kiss or something cause i thought it was sweet, but I was kind of internally panicking. 

We hurriedly put on our shoes and ran our way out of Zombie town and into my parents house, luckily for us, the house wasn't on fire or anything like Zed had thought, but we quickly made our way inside seeing my mom cradling someone on the couch.

I gasped as I went around the couch and saw my sister sitting there with torn sweatpants and wrapped feet, I quickly, and as gently as I could, took her from my mom's arms and cradled her myself as she cried into my shoulder.

Still Addison's POV

"I'm gonna kill him." Zed states as he paces back and forth behind the couch in front of you, "Zed, I'm sure it's just a misunderstanding." I say as he looks at me, "What do you mean misunderstanding he made her so upset she ran out of the damn den without shoes or actual clothes on!" 

(Y/N) looks down at her feet and I can tell she feels kind of guilty for making all this commotion in the middle of the night. She's changed, a lot, since the last time I've seen her, she's less self centered, more stressed, bigger bags under her eyes.

"Uh- I'm gonna take (Y/N) up to her room to go to sleep." I say, carefully grabbing a sleepy (Y/N) by her arms and cautiously taking her upstairs to her old room, and running in my room and grabbing her some of my comfiest pajama's.

I walked back into her room and gave her the clothes, grabbing some of her blankets from under the bed and putting them on her bed while she changed behind me, "Addi, why are all your damn clothes so bright?" she asks as she turns around with my pastel pink pajama's.

"Would you rather go to sleep, in this cold room, naked?" I ask, she shakes her head, "Well, of course not, all I'm saying is, you should think about getting at least one black shirt." she says while looking at herself in the mirror.

"Okay, how about this, we take each other shopping tomorrow, or the next day, and we each get each other a few outfits with our own styles." she nodded, smiling a little bit, "I'd like that, it's been a while since I've been shopping."

 "Alright, now, get in bed, you need some sleep." she nods, giving me a hug, "Thanks, Addi." I nod letting go of her and patting her back on the way out the door, hearing her lay down on the bed.
