to say the atmosphere was awkward would be an understatement. the five of them sat around the table in silence, the two girls not having a clue as to what was going on, and felix only having a smidge of knowledge about hyunjin and minho. he had seen them together several times, and it upset him, even more so when he spotted minho coming out of hyunjin's dorm building after he had cancelled on him that night.

"uh, are we gonna work on the project or are you two gonna sit their moping at each other all day?" ryujin spoke up, giving them both a weird glance before they both sat up straight and shook their heads. after looking back at mina, she realised that they would have to carry this assignment if they wanted to get a good grade.

felix looked up at the group with a small smile. "we need to choreograph a dance to convey a strong emotion right?" he questioned, earning a nod from the two girls. "so lets decide on a song first. we can all pick a song that we think conveys a strong emotion for us, and maybe do a small section of choreo for it and then we can pick which is best," he suggested with a sly smile.

"so like a competition?" ryujin confirmed, a grin on her face as she look around at her group mates. she was happy to compete against them if it meant that she could prove herself as a competent choreographer and dancer. mina was impartial, deciding to just go along with it. she was always up for a challenge.

felix turned to hyunjin, holding onto his arm. "how does that sound, hyunjinnie?" he said with a wide smile, the older only smiling back at him with a small nod. he had no issue with a small competition. the only problem he had was minho, who was glaring daggers at him and felix, make him more than uncomfortable. "right!" felix hit his hands down on the desk. "we have until tomorrow. i'll go and book on of the dance rooms, and we'll meet there again tomorrow."

they all nodded, standing up from their seats and picking up their bags. hyunjin was hoping that he could just leave the classroom without having to look at minho, but he was stopped by a hand on his arm. he turned to see none other than felix, smiling up at him. "hey, do you fancy getting waffles? there's this new place that just opened at the mall," he said, really hoping and praying that hyunjin wouldn't bail on him again.

for some reason, hyunjin looked up to minho, who was still glaring at them. but he shook it off; it had nothing to do with minho. if he wanted to be a dick, hyunjin was going to make him pay. "yeah sure lixie, let's go," he replied with a wide smile, leaving the last three of their group at the table, minho watching them as they left the room.

he threw his things into his bag, slinging it over his shoulder with a loud huff. he heard ryujin laugh a little at his childish actions, making him turn to her with narrowed eyes. "what's so funny, huh?" he said in a low tone, only making her laughs grow. she found minho's actions really amusing, especially as she now knew why the air was do tense earlier.

"come on, you're obviously crushing on hyunjin but you're too much of a bitch to admit it," ryujin said with a knowing look, as if she could see straight through the male. she was a lot like hyunjin actually, not taking any bullshit from him and just saying things how they are. he was never scared to point out minho's mask, and neither was she.

minho rolled his eyes. "i'm not crushing on him, i just..." he had no words for what he was feeling. in fact, if he was brave enough, he would say ryujin had it down to a T. he was crushing on hyunjin, and he had completely messed it up. now he was off galavanting with someone else. it annoyed him, to say the least.
