"So this is the schedule for this week, you just have one interview and then you are free to work on your upcoming songs," I said as I handed the papers over to the boys. They just released their first song and were busy with promotions and photoshoots. Thus, it was getting hard for them to work on their album with their ongoing shows as well.
We are in Australia at the moment. They will have the last interview of the tour today after which we will leave for the UK for their last show. The tour was officially coming to an end, which was taking an emotional toll on all of us.
Their first song was breaking the charts and all of their fans were happy with the new sound and the music they were coming up with, which made them so happy. They were worried if the fans would like it.
But the best thing out of all of this was that the boys were getting closer to each other, like how they used to be and every bit of awkwardness that I noticed at the start was coming down to a zero.
Meanwhile the boys, Rachel, Lottie, Lou and I, we were all getting close. We would spend the whole day together doing absolutely nothing and everything. I loved being with all of them and honestly, it's going to be very hard for me. I have gotten used to them.
It's been a blast with not only them but the entire team, I have gotten closer to Jeff, Paul, everyone. It's like I have always been part of their team.
When I think back to the day Simon told me about this opportunity and how I was confused if I was going to take this part-time job, he was right, which helped me so much.
I feel like I am back on track with fewer things in mind and more organised to be able to go back to work. I have been working with the best crew and get the best of experiences.
Jonathan called me yesterday, asking me about how the whole thing is going. We had a long talk about it and he was happy to hear that I was enjoying me and he filled me in with work, thankfully most of the things were covered by Stacey. I was still doing my work along with being an Assistant Manager for One Direction and connecting with Grace and everyone else.
I even got Laura to do a video call with the boys, one day and she was so happy. The boys were excited to talk to her and loved her. I planned a surprise for her, I am going to take her to their last show back home, which is going to be extremely special for the boys as well as for the fans.
The whole Reunion tour short film was coming along really well, Scott and I would help edit it every day with the team.
The result is going to be awesome, we are planning to release it after the day of their last show. It would be a good end and a good start to their next album that they are currently working on.
I was sitting in my room that I am currently sharing with Lottie. She is with Lou working on their business meanwhile Rachel and her team is currently working on their upcoming photo shoot. The boys are currently sleeping, they didn't get enough sleep for the past few days with all the jet lags, interviews and rehearsals.
I was on the bed after the meeting with the editorial team with my laptop in front of me trying to work on what Grace sent to me. Just then the door to my room opened, revealing Lottie in her baby pink crop top and white jeans matching this with her ponytail and her signature hoop earrings.
"You are back early.." I said looking up at her. She shrugged as she shut the door behind her and laid on the bed beside me. Letting out a huge sigh, she glanced at me with her tired eyes.
"Couldn't do more." She said. I faced her completely and moved some papers away from her so that she could lay comfortably.
"What's up?" I asked sitting crossed legged next to her. She looked at me for a second before sitting up straight.
