Hey! Thanks for clicking on my book! This is a Draco Malfoy x OC fan fiction set in the Harry Potter universe. This idea was born from a day dream I had when I had a headache and I couldn't look at my phone or read. I am not a professional writer nor do I claim that this is professional writing. The character this story follows is Alyssa Brown, a 15 year old Hufflepuff witch attending her 5th year at Hogwarts. She is the same age as Harry, so this takes place during Umbridge's reign and the Inquisitorial Squad and all of that. The story will follow the common themes of the fifth book but it will not be exact. I am also probably going to get some of the timelines wrong. It's hard to find out dates without re-reading the books so just bear with me. Also, Alyssa is no more than acquaintances with the golden trio, so she does not have very many of the same experiences.
*Authors note: I feel like I need to preface this before you start reading and people comment that Draco is out of character. This book takes place after Draco and Alyssa have dated and broken up once. Of course Draco is going to be soft with his first love. This story doesn't include the struggle of him getting over prejudice or anything like that before they start dating for the first time. I've decided to skip all of that and just pick up after everything happens. That is why Draco is not super mean to Alyssa! <3*
