I haven't posted for two days but nothing interesting has happened since. Sooooo I'm going to share the difference between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree murder. 🙂
1st degree: when you plan and kill someone. First degree murder is when you murder someone after planning their death and how your going to do it.
2nd degree: having the intention to kill someone but not planning it. Someone who commits second degree murder is pretty much saying. "I'm just going to wing it" you have all intention of ending that persons life but you don't take the time to plan.
3rd degree: third degree murder is when you kill someone without intention. 3rd degree murder is pretty much manslaughter. Except a few differences. Third degree is if you had no previous intentions on hurting the victim, it just kinda happened. But it wasn't done on 'accident' accident . If I accidentally dropped a toaster in someone's bath and I killed them, that would be manslaughter. But third degree is done with a more efficient weapon.
