CHAPTER FIVE

Grace's P.O.V

I stand up and walked away from the woods. Crying makes me feel safe and okay. I just wish Lily is here with me. She's just the only person who understand me.

I was about to go home but i realized that Mommy Em will question me so i decided to go to Mommy Ali's house. When i arrived i saw a blonde girl but her hair is short. Did Mommy Ali cut her hair? I was about to call her but she walked fast so i just decided to enter her house and talk to her when she arrive.

"Mom?" i said. Making sure that she is the one i saw earlier but as i open the door i saw her standing from the window. "Who was that? I thought it's you" i said while closing the door. I was removing my shoes when i saw her grab her phone. I stopped her. "Don't call her please" i said and she put her phone down.

"Where did you go? Your Mom is worried sick about you" Mom Ali said. "I'm sorry, i just want to cry to heal the pain." i said and looked down to the floor so that she can't see my tears. "Don't cry" Mom Ali said and she hug me. I remember this a few years ago when i'm crying on the way home.

FLASHBACK

"Two mommies? What are you adopted? HAHAHAHA" The boys in my school said. "Guys, this girl here said she is the daughter of Ms. Dilaurentis and Ms. Fields. Maybe she's adopted HAHAHA" the other girl said and everyone was keep on bullying me about my two mothers. I ran outside and went straight to the house. I thought no one was there but then i saw Mommy Ali and she looked at me with worried eyes.

"Hey, what happened?" She said while holding me cheeks "M-mom.. they.. were.." I can't complete my sentences because I'm crying so hard. "Shh, Mommy is here. It's okay" Mommy Ali said and hugged me so tight that i forgot the pain i felt.

END OF FLASHBACK

"Hey, talk to me. Maybe i was away more than 4 years now but i'm now here. I'll listen. Come here" Mommy Ali said and held my hand so that i can sit beside her. "Mommy Em slapped me because i told her that i hated to be part of this family." I said and i saw Mommy Ali's eyes. "I told her that Lily was always your favorite. I was never the favorite or even at least the chosen one. I hide those feelings because i wanted you all to be happy. Maybe if i was the one who have that heart condition, you will protect me too" I said while crying. "Don't say that. You were always be my favorite because you think like me, you act like me, you love like me and you live like me" Mommy Ali said.

"I didn't know that i was your favorite back then" i said and looked into her eyes. "You two are my favorites and i'll forever grateful that i made the right decision to carry you for 9 months even though biologically i'm not your mother" Mommy Ali said and smiled. I hugged her and whisper something. "You are always my mother" i said and let go of the hug. "You should rest now, Grace. I can see the tiredness in your eyes" Mommy Ali said and i smiled. "Thank you mom" i said and went to the room she told me.

Emily's P.O.V

It's so late and Grace isn't picking up her phone. I dialed maybe a hundreds now.

Hey Grace, please answer the phone or just reply to my messages. I'm sorry for what i did. Please, come home - Emily

Hey Em. This is Alison. Grace is here with me, i think she needed some time to think about what happened. You can visit her maybe tomorrow. - Grace (Alison replied in Grace's phone)

Oh, thank you Ali. Take care of her for now - Emily

I will. Good night Em. You can sleep now - Grace (Alison replied in Grace's phone)

Good night Ali. Thank you again :) - Emily

Hay. Thank God that Grace is safe. I'll talk to her tomorrow. Maybe Ali is right i should rest now.
