7. We are open to all requests. However, we are a community profile and as long as your request meets Wattpad's code of conduct then we will make it.
8. Having said that, our graphic designers reserve the right to decline your requests at their discretion. And if your desired graphics designer declines then we will notify you and at that time you can choose someone else. We will let you know of a decline but may not always be able to give you a reason.
9. Do not fulfill any payments until we tell you that your order has been accepted.
10. If we don't say it in this book, then don't do it. Do not take requests of payment from PMs. The designer's payment will be stated in their profile page where examples of their work will also be displayed.
