The Chosen One (Goh x Reader x Ash)

Ch-3

~Y/n's pov~
"Scar, you can land now." I smiled at my Charizard, Scar as we finally made it back to Pallet Town. He roared cheerfully before landing near the Pokémon lab with a huge thud. 

I jumped off his back. "Thanks for flying us here Scar, please take a rest now," I said as I returned him in his Pokeball.

I walked in with a huge smile as I saw Professor Oak halt and look at me. "Surprise~" I chimed as I spread my arms wide open. "Y/n!" Professor Oak exclaimed, making his way towards me.

He then hugged me tightly, as I hugged him back. After catching up, he told me how he would be going to Professor Cerise's lab opening ceremony. "would you like to come along?" Professor asked.

"Hm..." I thought about it for a few seconds before remembering something. "Sure I'll come!" I chirped. "Great! So come here tomorrow by 9 so we can take the-"

"I was planning on getting there with Scar if it's ok." You smiled at him. "Of course. Well then, see you there?" "See you there!" I smiled before going to my old home.

Professor told me he kept it maintained, so if in case I ever came back for vacations or whatever, I'd have a place to stay. I sighed before laying down on my parents' bed. I miss them so much...

I miss dad's jokes... I miss mom's cooking... I miss their cuddles and kisses... I miss playing with Mew... I miss flying on Lugia's back...

I didn't realize, but I had started crying. Blue and Kano, as if sensing my negative emotions, came out of their pokeballs. "I-I'm sorry... I shouldn't- shouldn't cry l-like this.."

I wiped my tears before hugging the two pokemon, as they nuzzled into me. As we all were very tired, we fell asleep, while cuddling with each other then and there.

~In the morning~
I quickly got ready and left for Vermillion city on Scar's back. "Do you know what day is it Scar-?!" I cheered as he roared in excitement.

Today, our friend Lugia would be visiting the city today. I can't wait to see it again! I landed at the new research lab. I returned Scar in his Pokeball.

There, I saw a Yamper at the staircase. "Who are you? " it asked, making its way towards me. "Hi, I'm Y/n." I crouched down to its level and pet it.

It seemed to enjoy my company because it was all smiley and happy. Then I saw the professor, Prof. Cerise, and went to greet him.

"Greetings Professor Cerise, I'm Y/n." I held my hand out to him. "Oh, you're Y/n! Professor Oak talks a lot about you. It's nice to finally meet you." he said, shaking my hand.

After that, I went inside and stood at the front as the ceremony was about to begin. After a few minutes, I saw Professor Oak and waved at him as he slightly waved back.

After another few minutes, my pokeballs started to shake a little in excitement. Oh! Lugia's coming in a few minutes! 

Since I was in a corner, it was easy for me to get out of the lab. After coming out of the lab, I took a deep breath, before using my powers to fly over to the Vermillion Port.

I saw a tornado-like thing form over one of the ships, and I smiled brightly. The smoke cleared to show my old friend, Lugia.

For a little while, I observed from afar, as it fought with the other trainers, beating them effortlessly. When Lugia started to fly away from the trainers, I flew towards it.

"Lugia~!!" I called out, flying right beside it. "My child! " Lugia exclaimed, ecstatic. I sat on its nape, like the old times, as it soared through the sky.

I felt someone behind me, and I instinctively used telekinesis on them, making them float in the sky. "GAH-" yelled the person, and I turned around to be met with... 

"... Ash?" I asked, letting him go. "Y/N-?!" He yelled, running to hug me. He squeezed me tightly, to the point I couldn't breathe.

"A-Ash- Air- I-I- Need-" He let go of me immediately. "Sorry sorry! I just missed you so much I couldn't help but feel so happy and just hug you tightly-" He explained.

After he was done explaining how much he missed me, I tapped the person on the shoulder recording and clicking pics of Lugia. He flinched and turned around, alarmed.

But once he saw me, his eyes widened even more as he stiffened. I tilted my head monotonously. "Omg! You're Y/n!" He fangirled. 

I blinked once, then twice. "Yeah? How'd you know my name?" I knew this boy, but I didn't know his name, so how come he knows mine?

"Do you remember me from the camp? You were the one who waved at me and Chloe when you flew away with Mew!" he explained. 

"Yes yes, I know, I remember you, but, how'd you know my name?" I tilted my head again. I swear I saw him blush a little.

This is gonna be interesting...
