The reason why Ace's quills are always a mess is because when they rub together they give off an Eletrical Charge this allows Ace to move as fast as light its self but of course it comes with cause...at this speed Ace can't control himself nor is able to keep to himself awake...he only uses this ability as a last restore
The universe where Ace comes from Ace takes replaces Sonic as being a hero and the fastest thing alive...he is aware that the hedgehog exists
