Solitude

I have grown to like solitude
The one outside and within.
Being alone during the day,
Staying alone as night caves in.

I have grown to like solitude,
Eating as much as I will.
Making my stomach a garbage can
Throwing up as I wish.

I have grown to like solitude,
Crying as much as I can.
These feelings inside are a bit too much
Alone with them I don't stand a chance.

I have grown to like solitude,
Hating what mirror shows.
Disgusted by the ugly body,
Hating the way my soul floats.

I have grown to like solitude,
Knowing I won't find love.
Having no idea how I feel
Having no time to figure out how.

I have grown to like solitude
The voices in my head won't stop.
They scream and they suffer and they cry for help
As the tears from my eyes just drop.

I have grown to like solitude.
Watching how others just die.
We are all living the death,
Just keep covering it with lies.
