After the meaning of life all the pythons moved on to do new film's and new opportunities John Cleese wrote and Starred in a fish called Wanda 1988 with Michael Palin, Terry Jones and Terry Gilliam began writing their own films, Graham Chapman starred in a few film's like Yellowbeard (1983). While Michael Palin went around the world in 80 days and star in his own films, the missionary(1982) and Terry Gilliam's Brazil (1985)although the pythons had done this often in the 70s between film's the event which really cause the pythons to stop performing was the death of Graham Chapman.
