𝙥𝙤𝙚𝙢𝙨

with the stars and moon alike

with the stars and moon alike,
with the radiation of light,
they utterly eradicate my darkness with all of their might.
without it's illumination,
the darkness swallows me in whole and there on out enters my thoughts and imagination.

but as the night falls,
and the terror closes in on me,
not even the stars or moon can save me like i was told,
because the darkness is inside of me,
spreading throughout my body tenfold.

"it's alright.", i trick myself.
behind all of the stars shining down on me,
lighting my eyes up as blue as the sea,
when i look up at the moon in my view,
i know that somebody is on the other side looking too.
