Megans POV
I walked into school, looking for Jaymi and Huma, I really wanted to show them the letter. I was so tired, my hair was in a high side ponytail, my skirt was too short because my other one was in the wash, and my face visually looked shattered. I was walking around the corridors when I spotted, Josh, JJ, Huma, Daisy and George in a classroom, I peered my head round the corner of the door,
'Jaymi, Huma can I speak to you?' I smiled slightly, avoiding eye contact with George,
'Yeh sure babe what's up?' Jaymi said, putting his hand on my arm, walking out of the room,
'This,' I said, handing them the letter,
'Wow,' they both said in unison,
'I know,' ... I ended up telling them everything that had happened at the ice rink.
'Wow' Jaymi said again,
'He really likes you Scar,' Huma said, re-reading the letter,
'Then why is he with fucking Daisy?' I scowled,
'Oh... wait.. so you dont want him to be with Daisy?' Jaymi smirked,
'Come on, let's be honest here, do you?' I smiled back,
'Yeh true, that girl bugs me,' he chuckled,
'Like alot,' I giggled back,
'But do you like George?' Huma asked, I gave them both a confused look,
'Do you like like him?' Jaymi smirked,
'Welllllll' I smiled blushing,
'MY BABY GIRLS GROWING UP!' Jaymi joked, pulling me into a hug. George, JJ, Josh and Daisy walked out of the classroom, and gave us weird looks,
'SHE'S GOT A CRUSH, MY BABY SOON'S GOING TO BE MARRIED OFF!' Jaymi said, squeezing me a bit tighter.
'Grouuuuup hug!' Josh said, joining in. Somehow I managed to wriggle out without them noticing, I giggled, and took a step backwards when- oh great, ofcourse I bump into George,
'Oh sorry' I said, dusting his shirt and stepping back,
'It's fine, dont worry,' George smiled up at me, ' so who's this guy?'
Quick quick quick, think of someone Scar, come on, think think think
'Luke,' I said. Oh great. Nice one Scarlett.
'Luke as in you're best friend Luke? George said, but I could tell he was upset,
' Yeh that Luke, turns out he's liked me all this time... yup' I lied avoiding eye contact,
'Well Daisy and I were going to watch a film tonight, Luke and you could come?'
'I'll ask him, he's not so keen on Daisy, they used to... go out...' I said, remembering myself, Luke told me they had, and he absolutely hated her,
'Oh....' George said, looking at the ground. But the thing is, I really wanted to spend some time with George,
'I'm sure he'll say yes though, he's a sucker for the puppy dog face,' I giggled, but George didn't giggle back. Was he jealous?
'Um ok my house at 6?' he said,
'Yeh, your house at 6,' I smiled lightly. DA FUQ DID I JUST DO!? George walked away with the rest and I ran outside, not giving a fuck if I was late. I called Luke.
( L stands for Luke. S for Scar)
L: Hello?
S: Luke! I need to ask you a big favour!?
L: Which is?
S: I need you to pretend to be my boyfriend tonight
L: Wait what?!
S: Well basically......................
I told him everything
S: So is it a date?
L: Yup it's a date then, you better love me for this!
S: I do love you mwa mwa mwa mwa mwa mwa
L: Ok bye 'babe'
S: Haha bye babe
I looked up, I was walking in the corridor, when I said ' Haha bye babe' George was staring at me,
'He's said he would come, for me' I smiled. Yet again, George didnt smile back,
'Ok my house at 6,' he said, turning away,
'George?' I said,
'Yeh? he said turning around,
'I'm sorry about the text, I was upset and all, my heart was really broken,' I said, quietly, I am not going to cry, George had a hint of a smile ' but atleast I have Luke now,' I smiled lightly, my eyes welling up with tears, thinking about last night. I looked up at George and his face had developed a frown, ' your house at 6, ok got it,' I smiled feebly and went to my lesson. What had I gotten myself into? I should of just told him I liked him... ugh nice one Scar, digging a bigger whole
