In the middle of the city of lights, there is a building so tall it stretches above the upper reaches of the atmosphere. This building is the center of the city, the most important building on the planet. Illnesses and treaties can be found within. The rulers of the twelve planets meet once every twelve years inside the tower. Guards circle the building and monitor every inch of it, and yet a girl who must only be seventeen years old is falling, falling from the tower that reaches past the clouds. She wears an all black suit, in an attempt to hide her from the eyes of the onlookers below. Despite the name of the city, late at night, the lights turn off, leaving the girl a perfect opportunity to escape. She falls through the darkness, but instead of being hidden, she seems to be surrounded by light as if the darkness is repelled by her. As she nears the ground, she falls faster, and just as she is about to reach the concrete below, she disappears as if she was never there.
