He can erase a person's emotions and basically turn them into zombies. He can cancel out the affects by blinking his eyes.
Backstory: Oboro was born a year after the original Class A graduated. He hopes to be a good hero like his Mom, Dad, Uncle Hizashi, and big brother Hitoshi. He's in the Big 3 along with his two friends.
Personality: Mostly the same as his Dad's. Except he does have a sense of humor and tries not to laugh sometimes.
