But the dude tried to and of course I weakened his quirk so much he tried into a human then procened to make a quirk cancelling cuffs and out them on him and walked away feeling like someone is watching me I walked to my house

I was on a early duty since there where reports of high schoolers getting killed so I was up on a building when I saw a kid w snow White hair walk pass but stopped and looked like he was talking to someone when all of a sudden a blob thing jumps at him but befor I could get to him the kid turned him human and cancelld his quirk how are you kid and what's your quirk befor I could say or do so thing he runs away..
