I couldn't believe it! I ACTUALLY MASTERED 30%! I NEED TO GO TELL ALL MIGHT! Was the first thing that came onto my mind. I started running around the city, in search of All Might. 30 minutes later when I finally calmed down a bit, I realized he would probably be in the staff room, so that's where I'm headed right now. People gave me odd looks as I bursted into the UA building. I guess I can't blame them, I would think someone was crazy if I saw them rushing through the door looking like they just saw two Present Mics screaming at each other.

I finally got to the staff room and screamed: "ALL MIGHTTTTTTTT!" The staff there looked at me like I was crazy, but I think All Might was used to it by now. "Ah! Young Midoriya! What did you need? And please refrain from using 20% in the building, the building's going to be destroyed." I then just realized my legs were as tired as ever from sprinting around 40 minutes straight. I started panting heavily but managed to get out, "CAN.. huff I SPEAK WITH YOU ALL MIGHT?" He looked at me with a concerned look. "Of course, it must be serious since we got 89 complaints about letting out our wild dog around the city. I thought it was young Bakugo at first!" He exclaimed. I looked down, face flushing madly from embarrassment. "S-Sorry! I'm just excited. Can we go somewhere more private?" I asked.

We went into an empty discussion room, where the staff of UA were supposed to discuss things. "So, what's this about, young Midoriya?" He asked, breaking the silence. Without thinking, I blurted out, "I'M ABLE TO CONTROL 30% NOW!" "I- wh- how- when- huh?! How did this happen?" He stammered, not bothering to hide his surprise, while accidentally going into buff form. I calmed down a little. "I train by myself every day, once in the morning at 4 am and once after class until dinner! The training camp helped too!" I chirped happily. "I'm very proud of you, young Midoriya! Although, I might ask, why didn't you tell me about your progress?" I looked down guiltily. "S-Sorry All Might! I didn't think about it, I wanted to surprise you!" I explained frantically. "Well it certainly worked! I am very surprised but very happy! I knew your training would pay off! I am very proud that you were able to go 10% higher without any help! You've improved so much from when you just got One for All! I believe you've found out the key to controlling your power, considering you were able to do so much?" He congratulated me. "Yep! I have to go percent by percent, I can't just raise it too high suddenly." I explained.
