Chapter 6

    The next morning Yachi was waiting with a couple of outfits. "Since you're leaving the castle for the first time we'll put you in something comfortable yet classy" she held up a short black skirt and a short-sleeved red shirt with a cat face on it. "What else do you have?" I asked. She picked up a plain purple dress "I have this dress as well although it is plain" "I'll wear the other one" I picked up the shirt and skirt, going to the bathroom I stripped out of my nightgown and pulled my hair back up into a low bun. I washed my face, used a facial cleanser, brushed my teeth, and lotioned my body. I put the clothes on after I washed the cleanser off. I pulled my hair back down, brushed through the tangles, and grabbed two elastics putting my hair in a half up half down pigtails style. (Kinda like Misa from Death Note) Walking back into the room Yachi had grabbed me black knee-high socks and red Vans to wear "I've never worn Vans before, I only wear converse." I mumbled, "if you want me to get you some I can." She said, "no, no it's fine they're really pretty". "Well you're all set," she said adding a headband tiara to my head. I grabbed my phone and switch off of their chargers in time to hear Shoyo knock on my door. Yachi opened it up to Sho wearing a white graphic tee and blue joggers rolled up to his knees and a crown messily placed on his head. "Kitten you look so cute" Sho complimented. I blushed at the nickname, Yachi giggled. "Puppy you're even cuter than me" I smirked at his growing blush. "Aww you already have cute pet names, let me take a picture of you guys." I gave her my phone and went over to stand with Sho, I was being awkward while he being him automatically struck a pose. "Kitten send that to me!" Shoyo said excitedly "Ohhh Kenma we have to get going now." He said holding my hand and rushing out of the room. We ran down the hallway back towards the hospital wing but took a side door to the right. We walked down some concrete steps into a gigantic garage, there had to at least be ten cars here. He led me to a wall with keychains on it "Here Kenma choose a keychain" he said gesturing to the wall "Umm I guess this one" I picked up a keychain with a fluffy pink ball at the end. He giggled at me "okay the Jeep it is then" he took the chain and clicked the unlock button. I heard an unlock on the other side of the garage. "Hey where is your dad at?" I questioned looking around "he went on ahead to let them know we're coming". 'Ah I see' we walked over to a huge Jeep Wrangler that I needed help getting into. "Top-down?" He asked literally hopping in the car. "Umm sure," I said taking off my tiara, he took his crown off as well and lowered the retractable roof. "Do you mind my music?" He asked turning his Bluetooth on "no it's okay" We backed out of the garage and drove towards the police station with me turning on my switch and playing Legend of Zelda. Before I knew it we were already at the station and I got nervous, "Kitten it's okay, I'm right here with you" Sho said massaging my thigh. I relaxed a little bit before getting out of the car, Sho came around putting my Tiara back on and his crown. Walking to the station we got a lot of stares and whispers. "Is that the Prince?" "Prince Shoyo is so hot." "Who is that girl with him?" "I think it's a guy, how gross" "is he confused? Men shouldn't wear skirts." I started trembling and Shoyo felt it. He looked at the girls who had gathered and said "I know you aren't talking about Prince Kenma like that. He is a respected guest in our kingdom and your future king" he held my hand lacing our fingers together. "Let's go kitten," he said kissing my hand. "Shoyo we aren't supposed to say anything about that yet, what if they tell." We walked the rest of the way to the station and the door was held open for us. "There aren't many more days until the party anyways" he said with a shrug looking to an officer pointing us to where Haru stood yelling at someone in a suit. "H-hey dad, what's with all the yelling?" "This bitch won't let anyone but Kenma get to Kuroo. No, not even you Shoyo." Haru said without breaking eye-contact. Shoyo and I were shocked that his dad would cuss let alone in public. The man in the suit smirked looking at me "my name is George, nice to meet you" I shrunk, hiding behind Sho and his dad. "H-he's the one who killed my family" I whispered in Sho's ear. He visibly froze at my words, then he clenched his fists and started shaking "You peice of shit!" Shoyo yelled lunging at him, before he could land a punch Haru had held him back. The Chief came over to us and took me to see Kuroo "this way" he led me down a hallway to a small room with a big 2-way glass window. "He won't talk to anyone or take food or water. He glares at anyone who mentioned you or prince Shoyo but has not gotten physical yet." The officer unlocked the door for me and I walked through to see Kuroo handcuffed to the table in front of him. When he sees me he instantly lights up trying to stand but the handcuffs held him in place. "If you need me just signal through the glass" the officer stated. I just nodded "Kenma you came to see me," Kuroo said smiling at me. "No. I came to tell you to talk to the cops and it's Prince Kozume to you." I said glaring at him. "You look pretty today, are those new clothes?" He asked 'he's either trying to piss me off or get back in my good graces, but which one?' "Have you eaten?" He asked another stupid question. I gave him another icy glare "it's not like you actually care, I only came to make you talk to the cops and to leave me alone" I deadpanned plopping myself into the chair across from him and crossing my legs. "Prince Kozume I only care about what's best for you" he looked hurt and for a split second, I actually believed him "what do you think is best for me? Huh?" I retorted "for you to be with a woman or me and not get made fun of for being a faggot. You also need to stop wearing those dresses and skirts and cut your hair too" he lost his smile.

This one's a bit shorter mostly because the next chapter is a heavy one👀 Kittybear out✌️
