Raven Method:

- Make a script(optional, but isn't necessary)

- meditate(not mandatory but useful)

- lay down with no limbs touching

- clear mind of unnecessary thoughts

- count to 100 (saying affirmations every few seconds can help)

- while counting, visualization is helpful

- once you are done counting, try your best to go to sleep without moving

- you should wake up in your DR
