Gina walked into the apartment above the pro-bending arena and flopped onto the couch. Her dark hair was pulled back from her face in a low bun and she had sweat sticking to her clothes to her skin. The job she had picked up at the powerplant with Mako was exhausting. Sure, she couldn't bend lightning, like her brother, but that didn't mean she wasn't useful. Mako made his way into the room after her and sat in one of the only chairs in their living space.

"Bolin," he called, "we're back. I picked up some of your favorite dumplings."

After a second of silence, Gina lifted her head from the couch and pushed herself upright. "Bolin? Are you in here?" Gina shot Mako a worried glance and watched him get up from his seat. He walked over to the windows that overlooked the water and set his eyes on Air Temple Island.

"Do you think he went to go see Korra?" Mako asked Gina with an unsure tone.

Gina gave him another worried look. "Let's hope so. He better not have gotten into trouble."

Mako chuckled, "Knowing Bolin, he probably did."

After taking a ferry to the Island, the two siblings found Korra talking with two small airbender girls.

"-girl that drives you crazy?" One of the younger girls finished. Gina was about to announce herself to the group when she saw Korra launch the two girls into the air with a mound of earth. Korra turned around abruptly and gave the siblings a tight smile and cleared her throat.

"Oh, hey, Gina. Mako."

Gina watched as the airbender girls floated to the ground behind Korra. She spoke up before her brother, "Hi, Korra. Have you seen Bo? He wasn't at home when Mako and I came back from work."

Korra looked at Gina with a small frown. "No. I haven't seen him since practice, sorry. Is something wrong?"

Mako and Gina locked eyes and gave each other an uneasy look.

"We don't know," Mako sighed, "Bolin has a knack for getting into stupid situations. C'mon, Gina."

"Thanks anyway, Avatar." Gina smiled at Korra before turning around to follow her older brother. "Do you think he went to the square? He usually ends up there when-"

"Wait!" Korra shouted, interrupting Gina's thoughts. She saw the Avatar jog to catch up with them. "I could help you look for him?"

Gina smiled at Korra, but before she could say anything, Mako spoke up. "No, we got it."

A small frown turned Gina's lips. "Mako, we could use the help. I want to find Bolin sooner rather than later and Korra could really speed up the process." Mako glanced at Korra reluctantly.

"Alright," he sighed.

Gina sent her brother a thankful smile. She knew he didn't trust people easily and she was the same way. For some reason, with Korra, Gina didn't feel the need to put up her usual walls.

Korra's eyes lit up at the opportunity. "Great! We can take Naga."

Mako raised an eyebrow. "Who's Naga?"

"My best friend," Korra smirked, "and a great tracker."

Before she knew it, Gina was whisked away on the giant polar bear dog into Republic City. Mako took charge of giving Korra directions to their old neighborhood. It was where both siblings knew Bolin went when he had some spare time on his hands. Naga came to a stop when we reached the area. It was dusk and Gina could feel the cool night air start to creep up her arms. Mako directed Korra to the square the three siblings had spent a lot of their youth. There was a statue of Fire Lord Zuko towering over the people there. The three approached some kids that were hanging out at the base of the statue.
