Chapter 7: Secret confession

Y/n POV:

I then looked and turn around to see Mikasa holding my handbook, looking very gloomy

Me: Hey, I was looking for............ Is everything alright?

She then hands my handbook and started asking a question

Mikasa: Can we talk?

Me: Ugh, sure thing, lets find a place to sit

We then sat down on a bench not far in the cabins, I then spoke to her

Me: So what do you want to talk about?

She then look at the ground and spoke to me

Mikasa: When you were fighting with Annie, did you know what happen to you?

I had to think for a minute, she looked at me with her cold black eyes

Me: Well, it felt like Annie had a weak spot, I was about to go for it, but it failed and got me pinned

Mikasa: It looks exactly just like me

Me: What do you mean by that?

She talked to me about her past, she never wanted to talk about her past before

Me: Why are you going to tell me?

Mikasa: Because I feel as you

I then listened to what she was saying, she told me about her past, her past that made her traumatized and left orphant, she told me about the kidnappers, how Eren saved her, how she killed the last kidnapper, and how she got the red scarf around her neck, I couldn't tell it was not a coincidence, these events are starting to flash in my mind, it was that day when Mikasa lost her parents and were murdered brutally

Me: And when Eren tell you to fight... That's how you felt the surge of power?

She nodded to me and asked me something

Mikasa: Y/n.. Do you......... Resent me? Because of what I'am now?

I didn't want to screw it up, I could see she was starting to cry, I then put my hand getting her attention

Me: Mikasa look.... I've never resented you

She then looked at me blushing

Me: In ways.... When we were kids you thought of me as a best friend... But now..... Ever since my parents have died right in front of me.... I've just... Notice a little over time between us

She then puts my hand on my cheek, I don't know why, either she was motivated by those words of mine, or either she starts to have feelings for me, I could feel my heart beating fast

My thoughts: Am I... In love with Mikasa?

Mikasa POV:

I was shocked to hear those words of Y/n, I thought he would hate me, but I was wrong for once, I then put my hand on his soft cheek, I just felt like we had a connection in the air, now our faces were getting closer and closer, I don't know if I wanted to kiss him, but I was nervous about what his reaction will be

Y/n POV:

My eyes were now open, now I was... Kissing her, she felt shocked at first but now I kissed her again until we separate for the need of air, and a string of saliva is between in our lips, she then said to me very softly

Mikasa: Thank you

Just then, Eren and Armin showed up and we moved away quickly

Eren: What were uhhh you two doing?

Me: Oh uuhhh, uhhhh, its nothing

Mikasa: We were just talking about how he's gonna draw the four of us

Me: Uh.. Yeah! Exactly like I said a couple years earlier

They both looked at us and were just trying to avoid being teased by them, of course were just dodging their questions of our moment

Eren: Anyway, come on! Don't you wanna sleep with an empty stomach?

Me: Yeah we're coming!.... Come on Mikasa
