EVIE HAD JUST GOTTEN BACK TO THE SUIT AND WAS TAKING OFF HER JACKET when she heard talking in the other room she furrowed her eyebrows, she walked into the room and instantly sensed the guilt coming from a certain blonde
"Why do you feel guilty Stella" Evie asked Stella glanced at the brunette and glared at her causing Evie to roll her eyes she walked up to Stella and stood in front of her crossing her arms
"What did you do Stella" she demanded the blonde scoffed "bloom was feeling a little homesick so I did a nice thing and gave her my ring so that she could go back to the first world" terras eyes widened "doesn't your ring only work outside the barrier" she asked Stella rolled her eyes once again
"Roll your eyes one more time and you might find a brain back there" Evie retorted, Stella glared at the girl and Evie glared right back. A staring match had started between the two girls and everyone could feel the tension, well except terra who began ranting again "omg there's a gateway in the cemetery, that's deep in the forest stella"
Evie realised what terra was trying to get at and her eyes widened she ran back into her room, grabbing her jacket and ran to where the other girls were "right get your jackets we are going to get bloom" the other girls nodded and ran to their respective rooms. Out of the corner of her eye Evangeline saw Stella getting up
"You can stay right there, how much of an idiot can you be Stella" Evie was getting angry and Stella could tell, everyone hated when Evie got angry because there was no stopping her when she got started. Stella opened her mouth to say something but was cut off by Evie "you know what I don't care about whatever excuse you've got right now, so I'm going to get bloom and you stay here you've done enough"
The brunette shook her head making Stella feel extremely guilty as much as Evie was scary when she got angry it's was much worse when she was disappointed in you, the look she had on her face was one that would resemble a mothers

Evie and the girls had reached the gateway at the old cemetery and stopped when they saw the door that led to the first world but no bloom Evie sighed as she stepped forward and turned to look at the girls "right I'm gonna go get bloom you guys keep watch" she turned to walk through the gateway when a hand caught her wrist, Evie turned her head and saw a scared looking musa "you can go in there" she stuttered "Evie she's right you could get hurt" Aiesha said stepping forward Evie sighed
"Guys I'm going to be alright, look I'll be able to sense if a burned one is near mind faerie remember" the other girls didn't look too convinced but musa let go Evie smiled at the nervous teenagers and turned around, she made her way through the gateway and looked around it seemed like an old warehouse or arcade
Evie heard a scream followed by a roar and ran to where the sound was she saw bloom in a type of vent with the burned on on the other side the only thing separating the two was a piece of metal, Evie cursed as she ran to bloom "bloom what are you doing we have to go" Evie shouted
The red head turned to look at Evie "I can't stellas ring I dropped it 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒔 𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 Evie shouted in blooms mind the red head seemed startled for a second before trying to get the ring once again Evangeline groaned and pushed bloom to the side sticking her fingers through the holes of the metal to try and reach for stellas ring. The mind faerie looked up and saw the burned one coming faster she could hear bloom shouting at her to hurry up
Just as her pinkie finger touched the ring a searing pain ripped through her arm causing Evie to retract her body and fall back into bloom "cmon we have to go forget Stellas ring" Evie shouted as she saw the burned one starting to break through the metal Evie pushed bloom in front of her as they ran to the gateway the burned on hot on their tail
Adrenaline ripped through Evie and she forgot about her arm for a split second she could hear the other girls screaming for her and bloom to hurry up, she could feel the burned one at the heels of her feet and she knew she wasn't getting out of this alive, with one last push she shoved bloom through the gateway and turned around to face the burned one her eyes had a purple glow as she got into the burned ones mind making appear as if no one was there
The creature looked around confused before sniffing the air sensing that someone was in front of it , the creature lifted its arm and swung it through the air causing Evie to be knocked over she lost her focus and therefore the illusion she had cast upon the creature had diminished into nothing.
Evie closed her eyes as she waited for her impending doom...but it never came the scared girl cracked one eye open only to see the burned one raised into that air and miss downing standing in front of her . Evie let out a sigh of relief "it's about time you came" she puffed out, black dots scattered around Evangelines eyesight her eyes rolled back into her head the last thing she heard was the shouting of her name and the pain in her arm.
