Miss the dance

ARIANAS POV

after Flynn announced that she was dj'ing at the school dance tonight I didn't want to go
But Julie and the boys were playing their songs

I was getting ready to go and I grab my heeled boots then walked out the door,driving to the school

I walked through the halls and walk into the gymnasium to see bright lights and a bunch of hormonal teenagers
I stumbled through the crowd and in backstage to see Julie pacing around
"Woah julie are you ok what's wrong?"I walked up to her "it's almost 10:00 and the boys haven't showed up...they ditched me and now I've embarrassed myself in front of the whole school"she panics
I stare at the stage and grab Julies hand

I strutted my way up to the stage with Julie and she grabs the mic

"So we weren't able to connect with the guys...wifi am i right...I'm sorry but we're gonna have to cancel"she looks down ashamed
The Carrie comes storming up the stage

"Anybody know the Heamlich,Julies choking"Carrie said
"There's only one way to save this dance,who wants to see dirty candy"the crowd Cheers and I glare hard at her

She reaches over to turn the music nob to dirty candy songs
Flynn gets there before her and snaps the switch
"Oops nobs broken"Flynn dramatically exclaimed
"Fine then two can play this game"she says into the mic

I snatch it off her and talk into the mic

"Actually before you interrupted her I was going to add that I will be singing a song with Julie,go back to your daddy's den before I snap your ankles and you won't be walking in your $2.00 heels for weeks"I say and grabbed a spare mic

After performing a song with Julie Carrie still managed to embarrass Julie in front of the entire school
"Imma head home now,I'll check on Carlos and put him to bed and you can go to Flynn's for tonight,see yous later"I kissed both their cheeks then headed out

"Bed time!"I clapped forcing Carlos up from the couch
He pouts and mumbles something
"What was that?what did you say?"I walked up to him,looks like he knew what I was going to do so he ran back to the couch

I grabbed him by the ankle,forcing him down and tickling him 
"Say that I'm the best and you love me!"u say over his non stop laughs
"I'm so-sorry I l-ove you!"he says hoping I would stop
He forgot to say I was the best

"What did you forget?"

"You the best!"he said
"Alright fine now time to go to bed,go and get changed and I'll come tuck you in"I say and he runs up to his room while I walk to the bathroom

I take my make up off and change my clothes  before hearing a knock on the door
"I'm ready"Carlos says and scrambled back to his room not getting a response from me

I walk into his room and grab a chair
"Can you sing me a quick song"he pleads
"Of course"
I start singing softly to him

"When the rain drops fell
Down from the sky
The day you left me
An Angel cried
Oh she cried
An Angel cried
She cried"

I finish my one minute song and see he's already fast asleep
I make my way Over to the beanbag that was in the corner of the room,move it next to Carlos's bed and taking his hand in mine and dunk myself into it and  let the darkness consume me and I fall into a deep sleep

THIRD PERSON POV

little did Ariana know that the three boys stood behind her in the room while she starts singing
And also spotting ray in the door way watching his son fall into a deep sleep and Ariana continued singing until she noticed he was sleeping

Ray loved seeing Ariana and Carlos together
It reminds him of when rise would sing to him whenever he couldn't sleep

Julie loved seeing Ariana and Carlos play together,they always had a better relationship,she always had wanted her to become her real sister and that technically came true

Luke loved seeing her with Carlos because he thinks she would be a great mother figure in life
She made his heart flutter every time she sings or when she's near him,his face lights up

Alex loved Ariana for caring so much about others and always putting other people first she reminded him of  someone he had met before

Reggie loved Ariana for how bubbly and silly she was
He hated being sad and Ariana and Julie had fixed that problem up until they missed the school dance and Julie won't talk to them so now they have nothing to do

ARIANAS POV

After having Carlos jumping on me telling me to get up I finally got up and went to the kitchen to make some breakfast
But to only find nobody here...so that means i can do whatever i want
I turned the radio on full volume and danced around the kitchen

"It doesn't matter if tomorrow there's a war
