 Dreamland

"There is a boy, connected to you, his eyes are of the purest blue. You must now sing his song for him, and let him know the truth."

The girl sings for the boy. They sit at a piano in a field of flowers. She plays his song, and he sits transfixed, listening to his soul's path.

They do not speak, for no words are needed between them.

There is only the song.

He's in love with her, Dreamland notes, and she is in love with him. They just don't know it yet; their love is like a rosebud, new and only just blooming.

They have spent years together, without knowing each other in real life. Ever since each of them can remember.

The girl's voice and the piano harmonize beautifully, creating that electricity-like hum.

The song, Dreamland notes, is happier than it's ever been.

It can only mean that they've connected outside of Dreamland.

Their connection is stronger now.

As the boy slips into a nightmare as he enters REM sleep, the girl is helpless and slips into it with him.
