Sakusa and atsumu, they have been inseparable ever since they moved in with each other, they got married 2 years ago, same with his twin osamu with his husband suna, sakusa is still a germophobe and does anything to protect his beloved husband atsumu. Even if that means getting sick himself.
One day atsumu got sick and sakusa did everything to protect himself and atsumu, firstly atsumu was his main priority, giving him warm stuff to eat,blankets and anything to help his husband. On the other side he only let osamu and suna into the house since they want to see atsumu, he wore a mask a lot more,bought a lot of hand sanitizer and anything to protect them all.
When atsumu and sakusa were alone he asked the question. "Remove it babe." This left sakusa shocked and did what atsumu said, he gave him a quick small kiss on his lips,put on his mask and head out of the house door, atsumu didn't expect that but atleast he did remove it.
