The grip on the dom tightened more and more, until Yoongi winced in uncomfortableness, trying to push back against Namjoon.

"Baby-"

"Stay." Namjoon growled.

Yoongi stopped, more in surprise than actual obedience.

"No!" Came a cry, and then Seokjin raced down. "Yoongi- I knew it! I knew you would lose this way!"

The pretty switch looked to the judge with pleading eyes. "Please, isn't there any way to reverse this?"

"Only if Mr. Kim permits a redraw of the contract." The judge said.

Seokjin spun around, but before he could say anything, Yoongi faced him.

"It's fine, Jin. He's not going to hurt me or do any of that stuff the bet says." Yoongi explained. "We talked about this, we just want to date instead. That's why I threw the bet, because it didn't matter who officially won. Either way, the winner was just going to not actually make the loser do all that 'give up your whole life, everything belongs to the winner' stuff."

He smiled warmly up at Namjoon. "Right, baby?"

Namjoon just looked at him.

But Seokjin was still anxious. "Yoongi...I don't like-"

"Mr. Kim," The judge said. "Congratulations on winning. I know you've been through a lot, so you definitely deserved to come out on top. But I will say that with winning a bet like this, there comes some heavy responsibilities. I hope to see you make all the right choices. Your papers." He handed the test results down, though it didn't matter anymore what they said.

"Of course, your honor. Thank you." Namjoon said, taking them.

"Baby, let's go home." Yoongi stood on his tip toes to kiss Namjoon's cheek.

Namjoon reached into the doms pocket and pulled out his car keys. "I'm driving."

Yoongi didn't know why the boy wanted to drive, maybe to celebrate the fact he won, (though it didn't matter), but he nodded all the same.

Seokjin followed them out. "Wait, Namjoon, can we talk for a second?"

"No." Yoongi glared at him.

"It's fine, why don't you go start the car?" Namjoon handed the keys to the dom.

Yoongi made a face, not wanting to leave the two alone.

"It's fine, Yoongi. Go." Namjoon nudged him.

With a huff, Yoongi quickly ran off to do that.

As soon as he turned the corner, Seokjin jumped at Namjoon.

"I don't know what your play here is or what it has been, but you better not hurt Yoongi in any way." Seokjin warned him. "He loves you, and if you try to take advantage of that in any way, I swear-"

"What did you hear in the courtroom?" Namjoon sighed. "Yoongi told you everything, just because I won doesn't mean I'm going to treat him like shit."

"What I heard was Yoongi saying he loves you, and you not saying it back. What I heard was Yoongi saying you wouldn't do anything to him, and you saying nothing about confirming it." Seokjin hissed.

Namjoon looked at him coolly. "And?"

"And?"

"And so what? What are you going to do if I do do something to Yoongi, huh?" Namjoon asked. "If you try to interfere with mine and his life together I'll go right back down to the police station and tell them what you really did. If you want to stay a free man, Kim Seokjin, stay the fuck out of all this."

Seokjin was speechless as he watched the student walk away.

"Min fucking Yoongichi...what have you done?"

-

Yoongi held up his hand, admiring the heartbeat watch as Namjoon drove them home.

"I love these. Even though we can take them off now, I want to keep it. I like being able to check up on you by just looking at my wrist."

"We can keep them on if you'd like." Namjoon hummed.

"Oh!" Yoongi remembered and pulled out his phone. "I gotta call Dr. Lee."

"What for?" Namjoon's eyes narrowed.

"Counseling, remember? After all that happened recently, I'm thinking we should do two days a week instead of one." Yoongi explained, holding the phone up to his ear.

Namjoon glared. "No. No more therapy."

Yoongi frowned. "Namjoon, what are you talking-"

"Hang up." The student ordered, pulling into the driveway.

"Namjoon-"

"I told you to hang up!" The boy shot him a glare. "You have to listen to me, and I just gave you an order."

Yoongi stared, the phone ringing out in his hand.

Finally, he hung up the call.

"Baby, I don't understand." The dom said in a soothing voice. "We agreed to extra therapy just a few days ago. And now you don't want to go at all? What changed?"

"What changed is that I won." Namjoon said, climbing out.

Yoongi quickly followed. "What does that have to do with anything? You need to talk to someone about everything, I can't be the only person you confide in."

"Yes, you can." Namjoon said, walking into the living room. "And you are."

Yoongi shook his head. "Baby, no. That's not good for you. Dr. Lee is nice, remember? You were making so much progress with her."

"I never liked it." Namjoon sat on the couch and pulled a blanket over himself.

Yoongi sat beside him. "Sweetheart, dom will be there with you, all the time. There's nothing to be afraid of, you don't have to-"

"I'm not going!" Namjoon snapped, startling the little dom.

Yoongi decided not to talk about this issue anymore right now. The student was clearly stressed now that the bet had ended all the ending results were piling up. Tomorrow after a good night's rest and some food they could have a proper conversation about this.

Yoongi leaned in and kissed the boys cheek. "Okay, baby. Let dom make some food for you."

He slid off the couch and went to the kitchen to start cooking.

Namjoon watched him go, not liking the fact the dom was that far away from him.

You see, Seokjin had it all wrong.

Namjoon did love Yoongi.

He loved Yoongi a whole lot.

Maybe even too much, because Namjoon never wanted Yoongi to leave his side, never wanted to share him with anyone else.

Never wanted to set him free.
