Immortality

Year 9008, September,Planet Zeppelin.

After a few years of practicing with my ability, I finally came up with a solution for my aging problem. I could combine my power with my clones and I could transfer my soul into the clone. A plus side was I looked like I did 10 years ago the downside I was a little weaker, so I was basically immortal I called this power "Rebirth".  We all had fixed our aging problem mine just took little bit longer than the others but they ate a mermaid a couple years back but for some reason it didn't have a effect on me. "Mason can you come hunt with me?" Gabriella asked, she was much older now and she also talks alot more
"Sure, give me a minute." I stated she nodded and walked away I wanted to trained a little bit more because of the big event that's coming up. We're going to defeat Hyperion to finally end this war.  A few minutes later I went to go find Gabriella so we can hunt these new creatures we found while exploring called a "kobold" it was like a goblin and a wolf put together it was pretty ugly looking. "Gabriella you ready to go?" I asked, she responded "yep." As we went into the farrow forest to find the kobolds, we had to worry about the traps they had set. They varied from spike traps to boobys traped trees. After a while we found a clan of them so I let Gabriella practice her aim with the bow she also wanted to get the chance to use her dagger I gave her a few weeks ago. Like I expected she took them out one by one she hit them all dead in the head
"Nice shot!" I exclaimed while giving her a high five. We didn't hunt them for no reason, when we killed them they dissipated into thin air but left behind some jewels. The jewels if used and processed correctly could give magical protection to armor or cloth, so we went back to base. "Mason I assume that you have some of those magical gems for me." She asked, I put my hand in my pocket and pulled them out "sure do, probably should thank Gabriella she killed most of them." I informed her with a smirk. Amy took them in and started to get to work.
Gabriella went to go find Mina so she could practice some of her skills, I on the other hand went back to the forest to go look at a fortress or something similar. I get there and its looks like its been here for years but the forest just manifested itself a few weeks ago. There were vines hanging over the entrance, it felt like it didn't want me there but nonetheless I ignored that and walked through the entrance into a small cavern the only light that was there was the one coming from the outside. Suddenly the fortress rumbled and the entrance collapsed and everything went dark.
