Quirk: Telekinesis
The oldest of the Midoriya siblings who was taken away by their father, returning home as a villain. He hid it from his siblings until they caught him with the league. Since the siblings hadn't been together in a long time, he tried to keep what he was hidden.
He's also known to be good at persuading people to do what he wants.
