Ingredients

1. Cooking tin

2. Two cups of water

3. 1 1/2 cups of maize flour

4. Wooden cooking spoon

Method

1. Pour the water into the cooking tin or sufuria and bring to boil.

2. Add the maize flour.

3. Stir the maize flour until it is very hard, if not hard, add more maize flour until it's hard.

4. Leave on heat for a few minutes then transfer to a plate or a saucer.

5. Serve with beef stew or kales.
