The Bet

Chapter 2

They all headed their classes, Emily had
science first so did Sawyer. Emily walked
to the back seat and sat their. Sawyer ended
up coming late to class.

Mr.Smith: your late Sawyer
Sawyer: soo
Mr.Smith: don't give me a attitude, go
sit down and next time you come late
you are going to the principals office
Sawyer: Whatever

Sawyer saw Emily sitting in the back
laughing at him so he decided to go sit
next to her since there was a empty seat
next to her. Once he got their she put her
backpack on the empty seat

Sawyer: can you move your bag I am
gonna sit there
Emily: nope my bag needs a seat too,
go sit somewhere else there are plenty
of free seats up front

Sawyer got her bag and sat down

Emily: ugh your so annoying
Sawyer: thank you
Emily: it isn't a complaint
Sawyer: it sure is for me baby girl
Emily: don't call me that
Sawyer: nah I like that name babygirl

Emily rolled her eyes and just
listened to the teacher

Mr. Smith: I know today is the first
day but I wanted you guys to do a
partner project about something you
learned last year so I can see your level
in science and I chose the partners.
Your partners will be :
Joshua and Gabe
Lily and Will
Ruby and Mat
Symonne and Ayden
Claire and Jenna
Jentzen and Elliana
Piper and Lev
Sawyer and Emily
Those are your partners you guys
have a full week to work on it during
some class time but mostly on your
own time.

Emily jumped from her chair and said

Emily: I am NOT being partners with
Sawyer!
Mr.Smith: why Emily is there a problem
Emily: there sure is, I can't stand him!
Mr.Smith: please lower your voice and
that isn't a good reason for me to switch your partner
Emily: can't I just do it on my own
Mr.Smith: no it needs to be a two
people project
Emily: ugh this is so unfair

Emily sat down

Sawyer: you should be glad you get
to work with me
Emily: no there is no happiness here
Sawyer: why, you will have all the
girls jealous now
Emily: ugh, you really see yourself
this way, you gross me out
Sawyer: what can I say I am one
charming man
Emily: no you are a man who wants
to get in every girls pants
Sawyer: no, they want me so I give
them what they want
Emily: you treat them like your toys
Sawyer: just shut up you are getting
real annoying now
Emily: if I don't want I won't
Sawyer: then I will shut you up
myself baby girl (winked)

The bell rang and Emily stormed
out of the class room and headed
to her next class, Sawyer just
laughed and Lev came up to him

Lev: so how's the bet going
Sawyer: it will be hard she really
hates my guts
Lev: well maybe try to be nice and
no talk about sleeping with other girls
Sawyer: I am telling what she is
missing out on
Lev: you have a month if you don't
complete the bet you owe me $500
Sawyer: hey you never said that before
Lev: well I did now because I am
not going to wait a year
Sawyer: ugh fine but have the
$500 ready because I know I
will be able to complete the bet

For the rest of the school day
Sawyer decided not bother and
Emily noticed it and felt weird
about almost like if she missed it
but she shook off that feeling.
School was over and Emily and
her friends went out to Starbucks
