Chapter 10: What The-

Nick put her on Jack's couch and called Jimmy and Jack.
They both came with Gibbs following not far behind.
"What happened?" Asked Jack.
"She got dizzy and passed out. But I don't know why. She didn't act weird or anything."
"Is there any chance she's pregnant?" asked Jimmy.
"Uh- uh no. Not from me at least."
"Did they mention anything about a- a rape?" asked Gibbs carefully.
"No- no they didn't- and she didn't either- and if she's pregant- it's from him- and I'm it's bro- no- no-"
"We are not going to assume anything okay. We're gonna wait for her to wake up. And then you'll talk it out."
"Yeah okay."
As Nick said that, Ellie woke up.
"Hey El."
"Hi. I did pass out."
"Yeah uh can we talk?"
"Yeah, what's up?"
"We're gonna let you talk."
"So?"
"Did he-rape you?"
"No- no he didn't. At least I don't remember if he did. Why?"
"Because Jimmy thinks you're pregnant. And we didn't-you know, so..."
"They didn't say anything at the hospital. I'm probably not pregnant."
"Maybe they didn't see it."
"Yeah maybe. Let me go take a test. If it's positive I don't want to keep it. If you want to keep it I'm sorry and I'll understand if you don't want to be with me-"
"I don't want to keep it either. We'll make it through."
They went and got a pregnacy test.
"How long do we have to wait now?" asked Nick.
"Three minutes."
They waited and Nick's phone rang.
"If it's positive- I'm so sorry." said Ellie before looking.
"Don't be sorry El, it's not your fault."
They looked it up and...
Positive.
"Oh my- Ellie?"
"I- he-" she started but went back to the bathroom to throw up. "It's your step sibling. It's- I'm disgusting. I'm so sorry. I don't-I don't remember- He raped me... I promise I don't remember but I'm sure I didn't say yes..." she said crying.
"I believe you don't worry." He said hugging her.
"It's so fucked up. I'm gonna book an appointment for the abortion. I'm so sorry."
"It's okay El, it'll be okay..."
"I'm sorry..." she whispered again.
