Corey

Luke woke me up early and told me to get my things ready. I didn't even catch half his statement. I did what I was told. I didn't bring much except clothes and my laptop. We all had blankets that we shared.

I got up and out of my tent. I saw that Luke took his down already. He came over and told me to put my in the car, he took down my tent.

"What's going on?" I asked. Everyone else was still sleeping and the sun was rising slowly. The morning air was chilly but felt good.

"Take your small bag and laptop. We're going to head to the airport early. I asked the Brown team if we could catch a ride with them to the airport. There flight is one that leaves early. I thought we could get away from all this and have more time alone searching for Cupcake. We could wait at the coffee shop at the airport for the others until our flight." He said, voice low.

"Did you tell Mr. Blackbourne?" I really didn't want to get in trouble.

"I left a note, besides I could care less about Kayli's acceptance or not. They'll all vouch for her. They don't need my vote." He shrugged. I watched him as he made sure he had his phone and wallet in hand. I nodded my agreement.

He left our things with the rental car, Luke left a note for North to take our clothes. He'll be pissed. I followed him over to a white van, I introduce myself to the dog team and we were off. I saw the nice black RV driving behind us.

I stilled wondered who owned that nice thing. But most likely it was one of the councils, or someone with a lot of money. We made small talk with this team and got into know them better. We switch contacts and Luke said we'll come up if they need our help with anything.

I was on board because that sounded nice. Any chance to get away from Kayli and our brothers attitudes. These past couple days we could tell they wanted to say things to us but kept their distance. I bet we would have gotten into a huge fight.

We got to the airport port and the place was packed. We didn't know which way was what. There were a couple of small trolleys that held coffees, then the main shops. I saw something cool in one of the gift shops but I'll look later before the others arrive.

Our flight wasn't until pass noon. We had plenty of time. We separated and bid farewell the Brown team and I followed Luke. He found a spot by the large windows that over looked the area. Luckily it had a coffee cart next to it.

I got us two small coffees and a breakfast sandwiches. I bought Luke a donut as well. We ate in comfortable silence, watching people move and go about boarding thier planes. When we were done eating I was about to take out my laptop and get WiFi. Luke went to take the trash away.

I saw Luke freeze over something he saw, he quickly rushed over and grabbed my arm. "What the? Luke where are we going?" I said, getting my arm out of his grasp.

"I don't fucking know Corey. But I think we're lucky sons of bitches right now. I need to be sure. Just follow me!" He said pushing through people and I had to call over my shoulder to apologize to them.

He was heading towards a ground exit that said 'authorized personal only'. What the heck is he thinking? We're going to get in trouble. Be on the no flight list. Lucian!!!

No body stopped us nor said anything, which I was grateful. We made it on part on the landing strip and I saw ahead of a nice private plan. The stairs were still down and Luke was running right towards it.

"Luke! Where are you going? This is clearly a private plane! You might get us arrested!" I shouted trying to reason with him.

"It's her Corey! It's Sang! I know it! I'm not letting her leave this time!!"
