" ok let me get this straight " I said
" go ahead " Dumbledore said
" ok. I am the daughter of Lily Potter and Tom Riddle" I said
" yes" he said
" I am actually Harry's older sister making me 15 and not 14" I said
" half- sister but yes" he said
" whatever. I am now forced to change me last name to Riddle " I said
" According to the rules yes" he said
" I am the only person that can kill my own father" I said
" unfortunately yes" he said

" cool" I said " do I have to change years?"
" no you are not required to but if you would like to take extra lessons you can go into 6th year next year instead of 5th like all of your peers" he said
" I am good. I think I need to stay and help Harry" I said
" Why would you need to help him?" He said
" well I don't know because my father was in love with my mother but she broke his heart and got with Harry's dad. I would want to kill their kid if I were him" I said
" that is a bit alarming but I get your point" he said

" and you want me to tell the school?" I said
" yes" he said
" the school that already thinks I am a killer" I said
" yes. But you are not. The man you though was Tom Riddle was just a sort of simulation. No never actually used the curse, he just happened to vanish at that time" Dumbledore said
" you are saying I never actually casted the killing curse?" I said
" no. You didn't actually mean it" he said
" ok. When do you want me to make the announcement" I said
" preferably tonight at dinner but take as much time as you want" he said
" no. I will do it tonight. Can I get my wand back?" I said

" yes. Your are going to need it to practice" he said
" PRACTICE WHAT" I said
" well the killing curse of course" he said
" and why would I do that?" I said
" you need to learn how to kill your father and mean it." He said
" great. And what am I going to practice on?" I said
" Plants or animals " he said
" YOU WANT ME TO KILL ANIMALS" I said
" fine then just plants" he said
" a leaf. I will practice on a leaf" I said
" your going to have to do it on a whole plant. Roots and all" he said
" great just great. Can I have my wand now" I said
He handed my my wand. Wow it felt good to have it back
" you are excused now Miss. Riddle" he said
" That sound so wrong " I said walking out of his office.

I walked down the halls. I still got some scared looks but Dumbledore had apparently explained to them at lunch that I never killed anyone. I didn't know where to go first.

Somehow I found myself at the Gryffindor portrait. Hermione let me in once again.

" Hello y/n " she said
" Hello Hermione. I am here for Harry" I said
" of course. He is in his room" she said

I walked to Harry's room and knocked the door

" come in! " Harry said
" oh hi y/n " Ron said
" Hi Ron! I have to talk to Harry in private for a second do you mind leaving for a second?" I asked
" of course. I was hungry anyways " he said getting up and leaving the room

" Hi Harry" I said sitting across from him
" Hi y/n" He said
" Did they explain to you everything too?" I said
" yeah they did. Nice being the older sibling no?" He said
" yeah I guess so. Except we are half siblings so" I said
" yeah. Why are you here y/n " Harry said
" I has a few more questions for you" I said
" shoot" he said
" is the reason you knew the common room password because you thought I was your killer and you wanted to keep an eye on me?" I said
" unfortunately yes. I know it sound awful " he said
" it is ok I understand. My next question is the reason you got mad at me for kissing Fred because you didn't want your " killer" dating your friends" I said
" again yes. I am so sorry y/n. I didn't know " he said
" I know. I get it. I would have done the same" I said almost crying
" one last question Harry" I said choking on my words
" yeah" he said
" how long have you known about the prophecy? " I said
" first year" he said
" and that is the reason you never came for me?" I said
" yeah. I really am so sorry. It would have been like hunting down your own death. I couldn't do it" he said
" got it. It's fine. I understand it now" I said now with tears streaming down my face

" oh it's ok y/n" he said giving me a hug
" it is not" I said
" why is that? " he asked
" Harry, Dumbledore wants me to tell the whole school at dinner." I said
" it is ok. I will do it with you" he said
" I am going to have to do some really bad things Harry" I said
" like what?" He said
" I am going to have to pretend I don't want to hurt my father. Make him think I love him. And then I am going to have to kill him. And I am going to have to practice doing it. Dumbledore wants me to practice the killing curse on plants. I am going to have to go bad Harry. I am going to have to become evil. Whatever I have to do to protect you." I said
" oh. Why do you need to protect me?" He said
" my father- he loves our mother. And then she left him for your father. He is angry. And he is going to try and kill you Harry" I said
" oh. I know that it is what you need to do. I will be here for you. Even if I have to act like I don't care about you." He said

We stayed in a hug for a long time before leaving for dinner.
" we have to go in at different times or they are going to hate you too" I said
" no I want to stay" he said
" Harry no. I can't make you evil too" I said
" fine " he said walking into the great hall

Deep breaths y/n. You can do this. After tonight you are an official Riddle. There is no going back. You need to go in deep. Really deep.

I walked into the great hall and closed the doors with my wand getting everyone's attention. I walked straight up to where the teachers sat and stood there with the microphone in hand. No going back now.

" Hello everyone! " I said

" I have an announcement to make. I have recently learned a bit about myself today and I would like to share it with you all. As you know my treasure for task one I has to save Tom Riddle. And most of you know I didn't actually kill him and he was never actually there." I said and everyone nodded along

" I have since learned why. Hermione Granger found a prophecy in the library earlier this week. Today I had the pleasure of reading it and getting my questions answered." I said

" I am not Harry Potters full sister. I am only his half sister. We have the same mother but the different fathers. My father is Tom Riddle. " everyone looked more scared then when I came out of the water with him

" I know this is a shock to you all, it is to me too. This does however make my older than Harry. I will be staying in fourth year but I am 15 years old" I said

" You are now supposed to address as Ms. Riddle when using my last name but I would like if you just used my first name y/n"

" This prophecy does state that I am the only person capable of killing my father Tom Riddle." I said

" Thank you so much for your understanding. I would also like to say again, I will not be trying to hurt or kill any of you. Again. I. Am. Not. Going. To. Kill. You." I said taking a pause between every word

I walked off of the platform and down to the Slytherin table.

" Well that was fun to listen to" Pansy said
" I am glad that my father being the dark lord amuses you." I said
" your welcome Miss. Riddle" she said
" oh god please never call me that again" I said laughing
" of course Miss.Riddle" Pansy said laughing

" Well hello there y/n" Blaise said
" Hello Blaise" I said
" I am actually kind of scared of you" he said
" you know what is even more scary" I said
" what could be worse than being a Riddle" he said
" I have to meet up with Neville so he can give me plants to kill. With the killing curse. So I can practice. For when I have to kill my own father" I said
" yeah ok that's just cool" he said
" Then would you like to come with me?" No thank you
" naw I'm good" he said
" that's what I thought " I said

" oh Draco. I have your necklace for you if you want it back" I said
" keep it" he said
" what do you mean keep it?" I said
" Just shut up and keep it" he said

After dinner I went back to my Dorm with Pansy. Tomorrow is going to be a long day.
