After a little convincing, Avis got everyone to go to a nearby bar. She had Dean drive, not wanting to worry about driving back, and sat in the passenger's seat much to Sam's annoyance.

The drive was quiet aside from the music playing in the background, everyone having different things on their mind, with a common theme.

Cas felt guilty like if he had helped from the start this wouldn't have happened. Sam was worried, Avis put up such a strong front but even demigods needed help sometimes. Just the way she looked when she mentioned her father gave him a bad feeling. It was the same look he had seen on his or Dean's face when someone would mention John. Jasper was angry, angry at Avis, her father, Lucifer, but he had no idea where to place all of it. Lucifer was dead, Avis was the only family he had left, and Poseidon was a literal God. He didn't even know if the Winchesters would let him stay with them, he didn't know if he wanted to. And Dean didn't understand what he was feeling.

He hadn't known Avis for that long, yet it felt like they had known each other for years. The way she acted around them was so comfortable, that it was almost odd they knew barely anything about her. But he knew it wasn't the same as being with Sam or Cas, it was completely different. But he wouldn't even have time to figure out what it was, she was leaving tomorrow. Probably forever.

With all these emotions filling one car, Avis felt like she could barely breathe. But she didn't blame them, it was an insane situation. When she made the deal, both of them, she never thought it would affect them all so much. She assumed they would have a semi-tearful goodbye and they would move on with their lives.

That's what most people did when she left. Avis was always leaving. Running away from foster care, Reid, her father, her friends, even the Institute, though that was more of an escape. And out of all those places, only one had felt like the wrong decision, but she knew that if she stayed there, she would never become who she wanted to be. Someone who could get the job done the right way and still be happy.

But now, leaving Dean, Sam, Cas, and Jasper...now it felt like a part of her would always be drawn back. Like no matter where her father dragged her or where she ran to, something would always be pulling her back to them.

"Here" Dean spoke, making everyone jump a little. The bar was attached to some shady motel called 'The Purple Door'. Everyone piled out of the car, Avis leading them into the bar.

"The door isn't even purple" She made a face, and everyone laughed, but she rolled her eyes seriously "Why name a place 'The Purple Door' if your gonna have lame brown doors?"

"Maybe 'The Brown Door' was taken" Jasper shrugged, and Avis rolled her eyes laughing

Avis and Dean went to the bar, while everyone else found a booth to sit at. Avis called over the bartender, who didn't fail to make eyes at both Dean and Avis

"Whiskey" Dean tapped the counter a little and the bartender smirked looking over at Avis

"Same" She drummed her fingers on the counter a little, not being able to calm down, though it was probably just her ADHD. The bartender nodded, walking away to pour their drinks

"Was she hitting on you or me?" Dean made a confused face and Avis looked at the bartender with a smirk

"Pretty sure she was hitting on both of us pretty boy" Dean shook his head at the nickname but didn't say anything more on it, making Avis feel a little accomplished. The bartender passed them their drinks

"So, what's the deal with you and Jasper?" Avis choked on her drink, not in any way prepared for that question to come from Dean "I just mean are you two like a thing or..."

"Gods no, he's like my brother!" Avis smacked Dean on the arm, not noticing the smile that formed on his face "Not to mention he's gay"

"Really?" Dean looked back at Jasper and shrugged "Huh, didn't even realize"

"Guess you have a shitty gaydar" She shrugged and drank more, finishing her glass rather quickly "Why do you even care?"

"I don't" Dean shrugged, and Avis gave him a weird look

"Ok...Do you know if Cas is seeing anyone?" It was Dean's turn to choke on his drink and Avis started uncontrollably laughing, earning a lot of confused stares "Oh come on that was funny" She smiled widely, and Dean shook his head, smiling a little too

Avis couldn't help but glance down at her phone at the time. 3 more hours.

3 hours that seemed to go by so fast. One second they were together, drinking, laughing, telling embarrassing stories that were mostly about Jasper. And the next Avis was excusing herself to go to the bathroom.

She didn't have the heart to say goodbye, it would be too hard. Too real. She wouldn't go, and that would only cause more problems.

So, Avis made her way towards the bathroom, only to leave the bar from the back entrance.

"I'm ready..." Avis harshly whispered, holding back the tears she wanted to let fall. A large flash of light covered the area, and when it was gone, so was Avis.
