This was part of the Romangst chapter, but I moved it because it was a separate tangent.
Headcanon that Ro and Re used to meet up at the door that separated the light and dark sides to talk, but one night Roman just stopped showing up because all he could think about was what he could've been if he was the dark side instead of Remus.
The next time they saw each other was when Remus knocked him out in the video, and they haven't spoken since then.
UNTIL, one night after the newest video Roman happens to walk past the door and notices Remus there. Turns out Remus shows up there every night, hoping that Roman will show again.
What happens next is up to any fic writer who sees this.
