Nobody knows how it gets there, but it's never been wrong. The worst thing about being Stamped is that only girls are allowed to look for their soul mate. And the girl has to be 18.

My name is Skylar Wolfe. I am a Rebel. A Rebel is what the government calls a girl who left before she was 18. The earlier you leave, the more trouble you can get in.
