"Phaedra" ! The lady in black called out to a girl who entered the room sheepishly.
A lady smiled warmly at the girl in discomfort.
"Meet your new family " the lady uttered in an uninteresting tone signing up some documents.
"But aunt this is my home. "
"Was... till your parent and brother met their doom."
The lady seemed to be in a bit hesitation about the situation.
Finally packing up Phaedra sat in a cab with her new mother. She was frightened for the new change.
The lady realised the child's emotions as her big plump hand patted her back gently.
She looked in the lady's eyes and briefly lowered hers.
Despite the fear a warmth embraced her about. She let a faint smile.
The huge lady lifted the small petal girl into her lap.
Maybe the life was giving her a chance.
