You lay on top of him as he wraps his arms around you, embracing you in a hug full of love. Y'all's legs are tangled together as y'all fell asleep.
Bender
Since he's a robot, he sleeps standing up, but he does tangle his arms around you. Sometimes, when your having a nightmare or something like that, he would sleep with you, assuring you that he's here for you.
Leela
She will wrap her legs around your waist as she cuddles you like a teddy bear.
Amy
She will be on top of you, basically hugging you as you wrapped your legs around hers. She would kiss you every 5 minutes or so before drifting to sleep.
