6 weeks later

Today is the day I find out if I beat my cancer
B- Grace are you ready to leave

I go downstairs and see everyone standing there
I hug everyone
Me and Bryce leave
We get to the hospital

He smiles at me

I smile
He kisses my forehead and I walk back
Bryce's POV
Grace walks back
She hasn't been on social media because she lost her hair and she doesn't want to tell anyone what happened right now
I sit down  and wait
After a couple hours she walks out
We go to my car
B- so?
She tells me and we go back to sway
We walk in

G- guys I uh I can't take chemo anymore
There faces drop
Quinton hugs her
G- because I beat it in cancer free
Everyone jumps and screams
We all hug Grace
J- I told you you weren't leaving us this soon

She looks at me
And hugs me individually
Then Quinton and the other boys
B- I'll call the girls

We sit on the couch and wait for the girls
They walk in
She walks up to them
Dx- so what happened
G- Im cancer free
They all scream and hug her
Graces POV

Me and Quinton go to my room and I start a Tiktok video
G- hi guys I'm gonna explain why I was gone for 6weeks so I got Breast cancer and then it spread to my heart and lungs so I did chemo and I lost my hair but now I'm cancer free and I'm healthy so that's why I was gone
I end it and post it
I lay on my bed with Quinton

I smile
He kisses me multiple times then actually kisses me Quinton gets on top of me
One hand by my head holding him up and the other one on my throat lightly squeezing
We just continue to make out
We both pull away before it gets to heated
He removes his hand from my throat
I bite my lip and kiss him again
He laughs and falls next to me pulling me on him
My hands go behind his neck and his trail up and down my thighs
I kiss his jawline to his neck
I suck on his sensitive spot and give him a hickey
I pull away and look at the hickey I gave him
I rub my thumb over it
I look at Quinton

I get up and walk to the stairs

Bryce runs downstairs and pulls me to his room so we're not by anyone
B- we have to go back to Maryland

I go to my room and pack my bags
I bring them upstairs

Quinton kisses me and we say bye to everyone and leave for the airport
At the airport people come up to me and Bryce we take pictures And get on our plane
On the plane I sit in between Bryce and another boy who's like my age

We get off the plane

I go to the bathroom
As I'm washing my hands someone walks in
I look and see the guy from the plane
I turn around and look at him

Bryce's POV
It's been like 20 minutes and she's still not out but I shake it off
Soon I see her walking up to me
I look in her eyes and IT looks like she's asking for help
Concern fills my body and I run to her
I grab her waist as she's about to fall

She mumbles
B- Grace what happened

Anger fills by blood and I start to feel warm angry tears fill my eyes

I help her walk and grab our luggage
We get outside and I see my dad

He turns and looks at us
He sees Grace and his face softens

He hugs her tight and I can tell she doesn't want to let go
I walk up to the car with my luggage and put it away
I walk back to my dad and see him and Grace still hugging
My dad looked at me and hugged me too

He hasn't seen us since we were 7 and 8
Ja- and you don't have hair
G- I had cancer but I beat it
He hugs her again
Ja- let's get home ok
B- ok
We get in the car and go home
My dad now had the house seeing as my mom got in a car accident and I hit Zane with a bat and now there both dead
We walk In the house
Ja- it's so different
G- yeah Zane covered all my drawings in Bryce's room and he closed and drained the pool and took out our trampoline and got rid of my softball and cheer stuff
Ja- I'm so sorry I'll get you new stuff
G- no dad it's fine I don't need it anymore
Ja- you sure
G- yes dad I'm sure
Me and Bryce hang out with my dad for the rest of the day
Next morning
I wake up to Bryce and my Dad arguing
I get confused and go to the stairs and listen to them
B- you can't just leave
Ja- Bryce now that I'm out of prison there are people looking for me
B- but you just got back Grace is gonna be devastated we came here to see you and now your leaving
Ja- she'll understand Bryce
I walk downstairs and they see me
G- your already leaving

I walk upstairs and pack all my stuff

My dad takes us to the airport

We walk in and go through security
Soon our plane is called and we get on
Back in LA
We leave the airport and get in Bryce's car

We eat and drive back to sway
We grab our stuff and go in
The boys look at us confused but I just go straight to my room without saying anything

B- I don't know but he said now that he's out people are looking for him
We sit in the living room and make tiktoks for a while
