13: Moon Dance at the Gala

It was a chilly day at Sunshine Valley, Mimino is at the cafe, sitting outside drinking her hot coffee. She is thinking of her quest that she had done at the garden while taking sips carefully.

While Kaito walked towards her with a small piece of paper that looks like an invitation card, he took a seat across from Mimino. "Hey, Mimino. I have some news to share." He started as Kaito gave her the paper.

Mimino takes a look at the paper that Kaito gave her and then looks up at him. "Moon Gala? It is tonight, is there anything significant about this event?" She asked.

"Captain ordered me, you, Kenjiro, and Mizuki to attend this gala just in case any trouble invades. Basically, we are like on duty while in disguise." Kaito explained. "So, do you accept this invitation to join us?" He added on.

"I will come to the gala with you, besides I have never been to one before." Minino replied. "Good. When the time comes, we will follow the plan." Kaito nodded.

Meanwhile at the Abyss Gate, Adame was stumbling because Rose's new power had given a critical hit on him. "That power.... it is stronger than I thought.." Adame mumbled as he approached closer to Queen Kasdeya, her facial expression showing concern.

"Seems like you have failed me once again, Adame. You were supposed to show your royalty to me." Kasdeya chuckled. "But- that ultrawoman- just earned a new power." Adame stumbled to talk.

"Tsk, no buts are allowed. I must restrain your powers and use it for myself." Kasdeya proclaimed as she uses her dark staff absorbing all of the dark energy from Adame, placing that energy in the staff.

After when Adame ran out of his own dark magic, he turned into a ghost floating away for good, it was too late for him to say anything.

Seeing Adame being banished away, Kasdeya chuckled once more, "Rose.. you better prepare to face against my new powers that can outnumber yours." She said to herself.

Hours later, the moon rose up and it was time for the Moon Gala. The four DASH members arrived, wearing formal attire, ready to keep an eye out and have a good time. Mimino was wearing a magenta dress with pink design along with a light pink flower accessory.

The ballroom of the Moon Gala was so huge and shiny, just like a diamond. "Wow, this place is so big and beautiful at the same time." Mimino gasped happily.

"Sure is, we will have a good time." Mizuki agreed. "Yosha! It is time to party!!" Kenjiro cheered. "It is go time indeed." Kaito added on.

As when the four got in, walking to their assigned table with a special tag with 'TABLE 5 - TEAM DASH' written in black ink. The table was located by the doorway that leads to the porch.

Settling in to take a seat, Mimino checks her fancy rose red purse to insure she has her necessities especially her Rose Palette, she is relieved that she had everything she needs.

They were all talking, giggling with joy, and having a good time as the party went on until it was time for the Moon Gala's traditional slow dance.

"Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time for the Moonlight Slow Dance. Grab your partner and dance swiftly with grace." The DJ announced in a soft tone as he played soft and relaxing songs to slow dance as everyone went up to the dance floor with their partners, dancing slowly and calmly.

Kaito looks at Mimino, standing up and offers his hand to her. "Mimino, may I have this dance?" He asked as Mimino looked back at Kaito and stood up. "Kaito... we may have this dance." She replied holding on to his hand and the two walked towards the dance floor to do the slow dance.
